Adaptation, Mitigation and Resiliency are the key to coping with the Climate Change impacts and adverse effects that beset the international community specially the third World countries. Atty. Domingo M. Clemente, Jr. (right), the Regional Director of EMB-NCR highlighted on landscape-wide collaboration in resilience-building amongst communities, local government units and national government agencies, focusing on the Malabon-Navotas-Tullahan-Tinajeros River System Water Quality Management Area (MaNaTuTi RS WQMA) as the pilot in mainstreaming climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction in the management area planning process during the “Climate Resilience Roadshow of the 6th Asia Pacific Climate Change Adaptation Forum held on 16 October 2018 at the Auditorium C, ADB Headquarters, Manila.
