QUEZON CITY, Metro Manila – EMB National Capital Region recently conducted its Onboarding Program for newly appointed, promoted, and hired personnel on Thursday, March 12, at the 3rd Floor Conference Room, EMB NCR Building.

Speakers from the said webinar were Finance and Admin Division Chief, Engr. Florence V. Velasquez who discussed on CSC and DENR Core Values; Admin Section Chief, Ms. Gemma G. Cariño who explained the Ethical Standards in the Workplace; Human Resource Management and Development Unit Admin Officer IV, Ms. Honeylyn R. Daza who tackled HR Paperwork and Checklist;  Clearance and Permitting Division Senior Environmental Management Specialist, Mr. Don Juan Arrishtottle R. Cariño who discussed Safety and Security Protocols; Finance Section Chief, Ms. Elaine Jean A. Prima, who talked about the topic “Compensation and Benefits for Regular Employees”; Administrative Assistant II Ms. Lady Christine N. Alfonso of HRMDU who explained Employees’ Attendance and Leave Benefits; HRMDU Administrative Officer III Ms. Joy E. Tolentino who talked about Learning and Development; and HRMDU Head, Ms. Maria Lourdes S. Paterno who discussed Payroll and Retirement Requirements.
