The Environmental Management Bureau – National Capital Region (EMB-NCR) through the Environmental Monitoring and Enforcement Division (EMED) – Ambient Air Monitoring Unit, joined the carbon emission testing, validation, and benchmarking by the Clean Air Now Consortium at the Pasig-Tipas Terminal, Pasig City last January 12, 2023.

The activity dubbed “Jump Starting for a Cause and Better Future” was participated by drivers and operators from the United Alliance of Pasig Transport Federation, United Civil Societies of Pasig, Inc., and CBSRI Enterprise.

The said activity was conducted in continuous support and implementation of RA 8749 or the Philippine Clean Air Act which aims to provide a comprehensive air quality management policy and program to achieve and maintain healthy air for all Filipinos.
